THEY.dev is a software house building web, mobile, AI and custom software for startups and SMEs - mostly in the UK. We've got the projects, the case studies and the clients; what we don't have yet is a steady way of turning all that into content that builds trust and brings in new work. That's the role.

You'd own our English-language content end to end: talking to the founders, developers and clients, pulling out the real stories, and turning them into posts, articles, case studies and sales material. Not churning out generic posts - figuring out what actually leads to conversations and contracts, and doing more of it. You'd also be building the marketing function more or less from scratch, with a lot of freedom to shape it.

Your data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the position you are applying for and - if your application is successful - for the purpose of employment with TH-EY S&D LTD. The legal basis for processing is:

• a legal obligation to which the Joint Controllers are subject (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Article 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code) - for data whose provision is mandatory;
• your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) - for data provided additionally on your own initiative, and where you consent to participation in future recruitment processes.

Providing the data required under Article 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code is mandatory; providing any other data is voluntary. Refusal to provide mandatory data makes it impossible to take part in the recruitment process.

Your data will be stored until the recruitment process is completed and for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend any claims, and - where you have consented to participation in future recruitment processes - until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than 12 months from the date it was given.

Recipients of the data may include: the provider of the Rocket Jobs recruitment platform, providers of IT and hosting services, and other entities processing the data on behalf of the Joint Controllers under data processing agreements.

Because one of the Joint Controllers has its registered office in the United Kingdom, your data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area. The transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's implementing decision confirming an adequate level of data protection in the United Kingdom.

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. Where data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time - without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.

Your data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.
