THEY.dev is a software house building web, mobile, AI and custom software for startups and SMEs - mostly in the UK. We've got the projects, the case studies and the clients; what we don't have yet is a steady way of turning all that into content that builds trust and brings in new work. That's the role.
You'd own our English-language content end to end: talking to the founders, developers and clients, pulling out the real stories, and turning them into posts, articles, case studies and sales material. Not churning out generic posts - figuring out what actually leads to conversations and contracts, and doing more of it. You'd also be building the marketing function more or less from scratch, with a lot of freedom to shape it.

Recipients of the data may include: the provider of the Rocket Jobs recruitment platform, providers of IT and hosting services, and other entities processing the data on behalf of the Joint Controllers under data processing agreements.
Because one of the Joint Controllers has its registered office in the United Kingdom, your data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area. The transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's implementing decision confirming an adequate level of data protection in the United Kingdom.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. Where data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time - without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
